At Fleming & Curti, P.L.C., our practice is limited to Elder Law. We concentrate on Guardianship and Conservatorship, Long-Term Care (Medicaid) Planning, Estate Planning and Probate. We are located in Tucson, Arizona.
Elder Law is an area of legal practice focusing as much on the type of client served as on the legal issues addressed. A complex area of law, different lawyers specializing in Elder Law focus on specific issues such as Medicaid and Medicare, estate planning, health care directives and other issues related to older adults. Many of the issues associated with Elder Law also have special relevance to people with disabilities -- whether they may be children, young adults or seniors.
