Victoria E. Blair

Victoria BlairVictoria, now a partner, has been with Fleming & Curti for over five years.  Working as a law clerk, Victoria completed numerous projects for Fleming & Curti, including substantial work on supplements to the Elder Law Answer Book in 2001 and 2002. Currently, she focuses on long-term care and Medicaid issues, as well as estate planning, and somehow finds time to serve as Secretary for the Arizona Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (where she has served on the board for several years).

When she’s not at work, Victoria (who is something of a fitness nut) spends her time teaching kickboxing and pilates classes at local martial arts school Kodenkan Yudanshakai, trail-running, and learning horseback riding.  She also enjoys cooking, and caring for her dog, Andy, who often comes to the office with her.

Victoria is a Tucson native, and attended Salpointe Catholic High School before earning her Bachelor’s in Justice Studies from Arizona State University in 1998.  She went on to attend the University of Arizona College of Law, graduating and passing the Arizona bar in October of 2002.
