KATHLEEN
KREUZER, CLA,
Senior
Legal Assistant, is a
native Tucsonan. She joined Fleming
& Curti, PLC in May of 1997 after having worked in law firms
since 1984. She transferred to Fleming & Curti when her
employer of
eight years, Clark W. Munger, was appointed as a Pima County
Superior
Court Judge - he has since become the county's presiding probate
judge.Kathleen is certified as a legal assistant by the National Association of Legal Assistants. She is also a member of the Tucson Association of Legal Assistants.
Kathy’s interests outside of the office focus on her family. Her daughter, Courtney, will be at the University of Arizona next year and her son, Colton, is a multi-talented musician, playing keys, guitar and trombone, among other instruments. Kathy will be celebrating twenty years of marriage with her husband, Brent, with a trip to Jamaica soon.
SALLY JO
MITCHELL, Senior
Legal Assistant, works
primarily on the probate of
estates and drafting estate planning documents. She brings a
wide breadth of
knowledge to the firm; she has worked in the legal field since
the early
1970s and has focused on elder law issues since the mid 1980s.Sally Jo enjoys reading, University of Arizona Wildcat basketball, travel and spending time with her family at their cabin on Mt. Lemmon (a popular mountaintop retreat in the Tucson area). Sally Jo is married to Douglas Mitchell, who is a Pima County Superior Court Commissioner/Judge Pro-tempore. They are the parents of three children and the grandparents of twins.
ROBIN K.
MIDDLETON-PORT, Senior Legal
Assistant, Enrolled Agent, telecommutes to work from
Bisbee, Arizona, and
says she enjoys the laidback atmosphere at Fleming & Curti. Robin’s areas of expertise include
Guardianship and Conservatorship, Trust Administration and tax work. She plays the banjo, and paints her toenails
green--though not necessarily at the same time (her photo, at right,
was taken while her toenails were green. Honest).Robin has extensive experience in probate, guardianship, conservatorship and trust administration, having worked in Tucson-area law firms focusing on elder law for over 20 years. She has assumed responsibility for tax preparation and planning for trusts and estates managed by Fleming & Curti.
SUSAN
KELLNER,
Legal Assistant, has several
years' experience in the legal field, and comes to Fleming & Curti
with a background in personal injury work in addition to her estate
planning experience. Susan is primarily responsible for will and trust
signings, and handles the "funding" of trusts once signed.Susan and her husband are serious camping enthusiasts. Among their friends and acquaintances, their camp is usually known as the "Hilton in the pines." She is the mother of two adult sons, and proud of both of them. She, her husband and both sons are native Tucsonans.

HEIDI HAUSCHILD, Legal Assistant, Intake Specialist, handles (among other things) new client referrals. One of her previous jobs was teaching English in Budapest, and Heidi still loves to travel.
In her free time Heidi enjoys hiking, camping, organic gardening, home improvement projects and has recently taken up Zumba. Her most time-consuming activity outside of work is helping her daughter, Amelia, with her various activities including playing violin and riding horses.
